The company IT Holding S.p.A. does not declare and does not guarantee that access to the web site shall not be interrupted, or that the web site shall not contain malfunctions, errors or omissions or occasion losses of the information transmitted, or that viruses shall not be transmitted on the web site.

Appropriate security measures shall be adopted when handling data to prevent the loss of data or its illegal, incorrect or unauthorised use, in compliance with the provisions of Italian legislative decree 196/03 on the protection of personally identifiable information (Privacy Code).
In accordance with Article 7 of the Privacy Code, the user to whom the personal data refers has the right to obtain written confirmation as to whether such data exists or not, to be informed of its content, origin and details, to ask for such data to be supplemented, updated, rectified, cancelled, or transformed into an anonymous form, or to block data handling on the grounds of the violation of the law, as well as oppose its processing for legitimate reasons.

The preceding norms may be modified by the company IT Holding S.p.A. from time to time; notifications of any revisions of these norms shall be given on this page.
